Job Description

Do you have an exceptional level of customer service? We are currently recruiting for a Fleet Service Advisor to work for a well-known, reputable automotive company within Cambridge.

You will be responsible for following through, estimating, and arranging any follow up work identified by engineers at time of scheduled/breakdown events. You will also ensure timely return of all failed parts from the engineering workforce and processing warranty claims on the Manufacturers’ accounts or system including dealing and checking payments.

Strong customer service and organisational skills are key with this position, you will be responsible for keeping in touch with a number of customers and keeping up to date with them.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years in similar role

• Experience in managing complicated and ongoing industry related jobs and tasks, including planning, proactively chasing and achieving results

• Experience in warranty processes and proven track record dealing with warranty claims

• Extensive experience in dealing with external and internal customers at all levels

Salary: up to £25,000 pa

Hours: 6am-6pm or 12pm - 12am, 4 on 4 off shift.
