I am working with a large business based in Spalding who have had a re-structure within their finance function. They are now looking for a permanent, full time Accounts Assistant to join their established and continue in the further success of the business.
They are willing to look at both junior candidates with a bit of invoicing and reconciliations experience and experienced candidates looking to bring their knowledge. The main criteria they are looking for, is intermediate/advanced Excel skills.
As the successful Accounts Assistant, your duties will include:
- validating and processing invoices
- reconciling supplier statements
- responsible for weekly timesheet analysis
- dealing with third party labour charges
- Ad-hoc accounting duties
To be considered for this Accounts Assistant position, you must have experience within invoice processing and have a good understanding/knowledge of Excel. A full job spec is available.
