Job Description

We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Client Servicing Administrator to join a fantastic organisation in central Cambridge, providing comprehensive support and assistance in the management of client portfolios. You will understand the systems and processes, internally and externally.

The successful candidate for the Client Servicing Administrator role will have the following duties and responsibilities:

•To provide an excellent and truly responsive service to clients, treating them fairly at all times

•Ensuring that daily/monthly client money reconciliations are completed

•Dealing with all aspects of collection and distribution of client share dividends and interest payments

•Ensure all communications received and any concerns raised by clients are considered carefully and acted upon promptly and efficiently, escalating issues as appropriate

•Maintenance of Online valuation system and ensuring stock prices are updated daily

•Assist with day to day administration /problem solving

•Creating/administering purchase/sale/transfers etc.

•Understand the compliance issues relating to private client investment management

•Deal with all aspects of administering clients bank accounts

•Maintenance/ Reconciliation of all client custody records (stocks and shares held on behalf of clients).

Salary: up to £23,000 pa
