Job Description

My client is a non-profit organisation that aids industry leading companies with internet information content.

The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in IT and have come from a 1st line environment or support environment with some networking experience. Working knowledge of Microsoft 365/ Share point, routing experience would be advantageous. An interest in Internet Security is desirable especially any working with ISO27001 .

The key responsibility of the role is to ensure minimum down time for all staff. This will be achieved by administering 1st line support on a daily bases. You will also be required to keep accurate documentation of all IT and information Security systems and processes including all hardware and software assets ensuring all software is fully licensed. You will also need to advise on and source new technology that will assist in the company strategic goals. Interacting and liaising with 3rd party contractors to support the IT infrastructure.

You will also be responsible for 1st line support of all network, hardware, software, Wi-Fi and telephone throughout the business.
