We have positions available working within both inbound and outbound customer service, which will suit those who are naturally inquisitive, with an outgoing personality that thrive on offering an outstanding customer experience.

Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to;

Strategically investigating issues that have arisen as a response to an outbound call, or inbound live chat request

Recording, tracking and monitoring issues through to closure

Demonstrating the help facilities available to customers

Making clients aware of training services

Responding to enquiries in a professional manner at all times

Escalating quires as and when necessary

Reporting on additional issues

Who we are looking for;

Experience within a Customer Service environment

Confident computer user

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Excellent telephone manner

Comfortable in a busy, pressurised environment

Highly organised
