Job Description

I have the pleasure of exclusively recruiting for one of the UK's leading construction companies. With over 100 offices across the globe they have an almost unparalleled market presence and due to growth we are looking for a facilities administrator to be part of a market leading organisation.

This role will be suited to an organised and efficient professional. Naturally you will be competent working to systems and a proficient use of Excel is key. A strong sense of ownership and initiative is also key to the success from this role.

The main purpose of this roles is to support the contract team by undertaking a professional, efficient and comprehensive support to ensure contract compliance and customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for preparing, managing and processing purchase orders, produce accurate and professional reports and support the business in other administrative duties as required.

Working hours are 8am - 5pm
