Job Description

I am currently looking for an experienced administrator to join my client based in Peterborough.

This is an exciting and varied role with the opportunity for lots of development and progression.

Duties will include;

Meeting and greeting visitors that come to the office.

Managing the phones, being the initial point of contact for customers and clients.

Managing all office supplies, making sure these are all fully stocked.

Setting up meeting rooms.

Managing all inbound and outbound post.

Maintaining the company fleet cars.

We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible on a temp to perm basis.

To be considered for the role you must be a confident communicator and highly organised individual .
