Job Description

Our client based in Huntingdon currently seek an Administrator to join their dynamic and rapidly growing Pensions team on a full time permanent basis.

The successful individual will be providing support across the organisation delivering expert administration in a professional, timely and effective manner. You will primarily be supporting the Payroll & Pension functions, however you will be providing more broader support across the business.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Responding to telephone and email enquiries accurately and in a professional manner

- Analysing monthly data reports and updating records

- Scanning & filing appropriate correspondence as requester

- Being responsible for completing pension administration for differing pension authorities

- Attending and participating in regular team meetings and training

You do not need to have extensive administrative experience, however some exposure would be beneficial. You will need to have proficient IT Skills, excellent attention to detail and have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
