Job Description

Senior Finance Manager/Financial Controller - FMCG Industry

Salary: c. £75,000 (negotiable) plus comprehensive package

The One Group are seeking an experienced finance professional with a background within the FMCG industry. Candidates will offer a blend of operational and commercial finance experience which has been developed within large FMCG businesses, ideally those who deal with the major retailers.

Applicants must be comfortable in communicating financial information to non-finance stakeholders from everyone on the shop floor, production managers, sales and marketing teams through to board members. An understanding of the challengers within operational finance in production/manufacturing process will be balanced against those faced by the commercial teams. The successful applicant will be expected to help the company maximise profits by controlling costs and maximising margins.
