Job Description

Our client, a leading manufacturing business based in North Cambridge, are currently seeking an immediately available candidate to join as a Customer Service Analyst due to an internal promotion. This position is initially being recruited on a temporary basis but will turn permanent for the right candidate therefore, only candidates looking for permanent work will be considered.

The position of Customer Service Analyst will attract a salary of £22,000 - £25,000, our client has onsite parking and a friendly, open plan working environment.

The ideal candidate for this role will have;

• Experience in a similar position

• Knowledge of Supply Chain

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Strong attention to detail

• A pro-active nature

Core duties will include;

• Compilation and distribution of reports

• Acting as the main point of contact for client queries

• Order input and process management

• Delivery scheduling

• Investigate discrepancies
