Job Description

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced receptionist / administrator to join my client on 3-month basis staring in January.

You be responsible for;

• Answering the telephone and directing queries to the appropriate areas of the business.

• Meeting and greeting all visitors to the office.

• Dealing with all incoming post and client records.

• Assisting the administration team as and when required.

We are looking for someone with previous experience within a professional office environment along with good IT and communication skills.

You must be able to commit for a minimum of three months starting in January.
