As Marketing Communications Manager, you will essentially be responsible for running campaigns within marcoms to acquire and retain students to the organisation. You will be working at strategic level and have direct reports to help the implementation.
Reporting into the Head of Dept., the Marketing Communications Manager will be taking ownership for student member experience from the beginning of the process and look to deliver campaigns to both gain and keep those members/students. For example, ensuring the right content and communications are used in such marketing campaigns; looking at ways to drive engagement; customer insights etc.
The organisation are keen to take on someone with experience in managing such a ‘customer journey’ and is able to provide tailored communications to different stakeholders/customers/groups. Due to the nature of the role, it will suit someone that is a real self-starter, able to manage multiple projects, and get stuck in very quickly. Being a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing would be a bonus!
