Job Description

Our client is a international media client looking for Service Desk Analysts to work on their Service Desk.

As a member of their helpdesk, you will be the first point of contact and play a key role in the delivery of high quality technical support for the business. You will record and where possible, resolve customer queries using various diagnostic tools, all whilst actively promoting the Service Desk team to adhere to good practice and ITIL processes wherever necessary.

Must have excellent communication skills, and be able to use your own initiative. You should also have a good understanding of a Service Desk, ideally within a professional environment. This is an initial 6 month contract initially, with a view to being extended once the initial 6 month contract has been completed (rolling contract).
