Job Description

The One Group are proud to be working with a wholesale retail brand who are growing at a brilliant scale and have a large presence within the food industry, they currently have a brilliant opportunity for a Customer Care Coordinator to join their stable and fun team.

The duties for this role will include order processing, both inbound and outbound calls, building relationships with suppliers and customers to ensure all queries are dealt with efficiently and promptly, using the prepared excel spreadsheets to input data, check on orders and to liaise with other teams to ensure the processes run smoothly.

The ideal candidate will have sales administration, customer service, or order processing experience as well as a great work ethic, personality and experience with excel.
