Job Description

A leading organisation with a global reach are looking for a Payroll Specialist to join their every growing company.

Reporting to the senior management team you will be joining a business with excellent benefits, strong career development and realistic work/life balance.

The role will lead the implementation for payroll across several EMEA through the first half of the year and associated benefits via accurate, compliant and timely processes. You will support and take the lead on implementing new processes and streamlining current procedures across your respected entities. As you manage a team you will be encouraged to develop each member as required, maintain strong relationships with the wider business as you produce relevant reports to senior management and key stakeholders while ensuring all compliance is adhered to from a statutory perspective.

The successful applicant will be experienced in implementing payrolls across several entities, have the ability to get'hands-on' with processing when required aswell as stepping into a management position. You will have strong analytical skills, ability to process several tasks at any given point- prioritising the most important in a multi faceted role.
