Working as Customer Service Support you will be responsible for: processing customers postal and web orders; efficiently and accurately ensuring KPIs are met. You will ensure additional support is provided to the Advisors and cover the telephones during busy periods. Other duties include: completing post and weekly banking for the department; following a strict internal process and lastly troubleshooting any errors which may have been highlighted during the order process.
The ideal candidate would be someone with previous customer service experience however this isn’t essential and full training will be provided. You should also be able to work well under pressure, within a fast-paced environment. Excellent computer and communication skills are essential for the role and customer satisfaction is paramount.
