Internal Communications & Change Manger
Nr. Huntingdon (outskirts – will need to be able to drive)
If you have a few years’ experience within change and internal communications and want to take on a role that will provide variety and the chance to work on many different projects, I have the position for you! A rapidly growing organisation based on the outskirts of Huntingdon are looking for an Internal Communications & Change Manager to take on a role managing a number of clients and the delivery of their communications internally. Due to their rural location, you will need to be able to drive to reach their offices. The company in question are at the top of their game in the industry and you will be joining a close-knit, established team.
Reporting into the Head of Strategy, as Internal Communications & Change Manager, you will essentially be responsible for delivering employee change programmes to improve how employees both think and behave. Responsibilities will be including: qualitative and quantitative research; running focus groups; managing workshops; presenting findings to stakeholders; newsletters and engagement materials; plus more!
As Internal Communications & Change Manager, you will need to have experience working in a change or internal communications role along with experience developing and implementing communications strategies. You will need to be proactive in your work style and confident in nature.
