Job Description

Immediate opportunity available to join a leading specialist recruitment consultancy to work on candidate generation and contact management, business and lead development and various ad hoc projects to support the consulting team.

Reporting to the Divisional Manager and working in a team of experienced and professional consultants your key responsibilities will include:

Sourcing candidates from a variety of media

Maintaining contact with a database of candidates and development work to include referrals and recommendations

Offering supporting documentation to candidates eg salary surveys, CV writing documents etc

Calling prospective clients and gathering/cleansing data

Identifying leads and qualifying information for the Consultants to action

Liaise with Consultants on current opportunities and source appropriate CV’s (job boards and social media/linked in)

Suitable candidates will be able to evidence a pro-active approach and an ability to adapt to the changing needs of a fast paced business. Some previous experience of outbound calling or telesales would be advantageous and a confident and engaging manner is essential. Some working knowledge of Social Media in particular Linked In would be useful and an interest in working in Sales would be ideal.
