Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with great customer service skills! You will be strongly involved with complaint handling and communicating with customers and internal teams. Duties include:

- managing sensitive or high-profile correspondence

- delivering exceptional customer service

- complain handling

- developing and maintaining excellent working relationships

- dealing with phone/email enquiries in relation to quotes, sales reviews and reports

- providing training when appropriate

- passing on sales leads

Desired skills include:

- customer service skills

- written/oral communication skills

- analytical/problem solving skills

- the ability to work in a professional manner

- I.T. literate (particularly in Microsoft packages)

- the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
