Job Description

Due to an internal promotion, our client, a leading manufacturing business based in North Cambridge, is currently seeking an individual to join as a Customer Service Analyst to sit within their Supply Chain Function. This is a diverse and varied role which requires someone who is diplomatic, calm and has excellent attention to detail.

You will be responsible for the service reporting to their major multiple customers. You will be the main point of contact for customers ensuring any service issues are managed effectively.

The position of Customer Service Analyst will attract a salary of £24,000 - £25,000, our client has onsite parking and a friendly, open plan working environment.

The ideal candidate for this role will have;

• Experience in a similar position

• Knowledge of Supply Chain

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Strong attention to detail

• A pro-active nature

Core duties will include;

• Compilation and distribution of reports

• Acting as the main point of contact for client queries

• Order input and process management

• Delivery scheduling

• Investigate discrepancies

The successful candidate will be process driven, have experience in reporting and possess excellent communication skills, liaising with external suppliers and Account Managers. Someone who has experience working in a logistics/supply chain role is essential. A background within FMCG would be advantageous.
