Customer Experience Manager – Marketing
A fantastic contract has just become available for a leisure enthusiast Customer Experience Manager to join the marketing team at one of Peterborough’s top names in the industry! If you have previous experience from a broad customer experience role within a marketing team previously, and are keen to progress within the leisure industry, this could be a great next step for you in joining a well-known brand.
The organisation in question are one of Peterborough’s top employers and, as such, you will be joining an established team where, despite it being a contract post, progression opportunities could be massive!
Reporting into the Head of Marketing, the Customer Experience Manager will essentially be responsible for developing how campaigns are perceived by customers and the quality of customer experience. Typical duties will include: carrying out market research; workshops and surveys; managing promotional materials ‘offsite’; driving new initiatives and change; analysing on successes; plus, much more!
It will be a busy, fast-paced role so you will need to be highly organised with excellent attention to detail. If this sounds like you, and you are available for a contract to start from May, get in touch!
