An exciting opportunity has just become available within a unique education body in south Cambridgeshire for a passionate individual to join their PA & HR support.

Working as a key member of the team, you will be responsible for all HR administration, maintenance of all employee and internal records/databases, the recruitment process, maintenance of the business email inbox, operational support for the senior members of the team and be the first point of contact for all internal and external queries.

The successful candidate must have:

• 2-4 years HR experience including exposure with process coordination

• Strong administrative experience

• A proven ability to demonstrate high organisational skills

• A proactive attitude with the ability to manage a busy, ever-changing workload

• A friendly and approachable demeanour to all internal and external queries

• The ability to deal with confidential data
