Do you have experience of working in a customer facing role?

We are currently recruiting for an Internal Conference Administrator to work for a highly reputable company based in Melbourn.

This is a customer- facing tole in a friendly and professional environment, this is to work within a close – knit kitchen team and we are looking for someone to provide an excellent and efficient customer service to all clients and staff.

You will be managing a large amount of conference rooms and liaising with catering companies for lunch orders and food deliveries.

You will be setting up and clearing rooms for large meetings, checking and ordering stock, calendar and diary management and communising with internal staff.

Working hours: 9:30am – 6pm.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in and enjoys being an essential member of a small and motivated team.
