Job Description

Following an internal restructure our client based in easily accessible offices on the outskirts of St Neots is looking for someone to join their busy finance team in a full-time or part-time capacity.

The role will focus primarily on the accounts receivable side of the business and duties will include;

Taking customer payments

Resolving customer queries

Running daily reports

Managing the credit control process and ensuring that debtors are kept to a minimum


Processing refund payments

Invoice filing and scanning

Ad hoc duties

This role can be fulfilled full-time or part-time (30 hours as week) but working over five days is essential.

Experience working in accounts administration - ideally credit control - is very important and excellent customer skills are also key to this role as it will be customer facing at times.

A good working knowledge of Excel is key and exposure to accounting systems is also very desirable.
