Due to extensive growth within my clients administration team, we are looking for an operations administrator to join a thriving and ambitious company.
The role would suit a driven and energetic individual, with the ability to work in a variety of different teams and really get involved to suit the business needs.
This role's main purpose is to provide an excellent level of service to the organisation and to prioritise business needs.
Ideally you will have knowledge of busy administrative environments, excellent attention to detail, keen to help with customer queries and have a real professional approach to work.
The right individual will be a strong team player, have a positive can do attitude and be comfortable working within small teams.
MS Excel and Office experience is also essential.
The main activities of the role will include
• General correspondence and emails.
• Scanning and archiving of department correspondence.
•Processing all aspects of product and investment administration, for Self Invested Personal Pension, Individual Savings Account and General Investment Accounts.
• Administer all aspects of each product within agreed SLA on a daily basis.
• Complete daily & monthly tasks as requested by manager.
• Communicate with the team and clients effectively.
• Taking incoming and making outbound calls.
