The role itself is a Facilities Administrator, working on a contract that covers multiple sites. You will need to be an organised individual who can manage several chains of communication and ensure that data is collated and recorded on a bespoke system.
Computer skills are key here and you will need to be able to demonstrate excellent computer literacy; picking up new skills quickly. Training will be given and will be ongoing, so you will need to be enthusiastic about learning. With a Head Office in Central London travel shouldn’t faze you as you will be expected to go between sites and into London.
About the job itself; the main points? Monitor, chase, prepare, complete, update, provide. You’ll be dealing with sub-contractors, engineers, operations teams, management teams. You’ll need a level head and an ability to get the job done.
There’s the compliance side too, which you will need to keep on top of and update regularly. As you would expect you will need to have excellent communication skills and an eye for detail.
