My client is seeking an experienced Reward Manager to join their team for a 12-month FTC to help deliver projects and ongoing reward activities across a global organisation.
The ideal candidate will need to have:
• A robust understanding of Reward gained through experience, including how Reward integrates with other areas of the People Team, the wider business and the commercial implications
• Be passionate about Reward and what this means in the technology sector
• Have experience in running projects and taking ownership of project outcomes
• Need to have excellent numerical, Excel and analytical skills
