Job Description

The ONE Group are delighted to be partnering with a highly regarded charity, who are looking to appoint a Infrastructure & Service Manager to join their Northampton office on a Fixed Term Contract basis.

This is a NEWLY CREATED ROLE that will provide you with a good sense of job satisfaction and will be very rewarding! I must stress, this is not a role if you have no drive or enthusiasm to push the organisation forward. This will need dedication throughout the time of the contract.

You will be working closely with the Head of IT to design and implement systems that are going to benefit the organisation moving forward but will deliver outstanding service and prevent as little disruption to other areas of the organisation as possible. You will undertake project work as well as a good balance of hands-on technical and IT Service Management skills.

You will need to be able to demonstrate the skills to manage the support and infrastructure teams.

To be considered for the role you must be able to:

- Plan and maintain data security.

- Have worked with GDPR compliance.

- Define procedures and produce both technical and end-user documentation.

- Utilise IT Service Management Framework and due diligence.

- Work to the organisations strategic needs.

- Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

- Dynamics CRM

- ThankQ- Ideally.

- o365.


- Windows Servers 2012RS and 2016.

- Active Directory.

- Hyper- V

- Azure.

- VPN Services.

- VoIP.

- Linux server experience.
