Job Description

Our client is a well-respected employer in the area and due to maternity leave they are looking for someone to join their team on a fixed-term contract in purchase ledger.

The role will be busy and you will be part of a great team.

Duties will include;

Processing supplier invoices, matching with purchase orders and inputting to system

Resolving queries quickly and efficiently

Organising and setting up payment runs on a regular basis

Investigating and resolving queries

Reconciling supplier statements

Dealing with supplier queries

Ad-hoc tasks as required

The successful candidate will have proven experience of purchase ledger and will be happy to commit to the duration of the contract.

A keen eye for detail, the ability to work to deadlines and strong communication skills are also incredibly important to the success of this role.

A good understanding of Excel and experience of accounting systems are also very important.

Interviews will be taking place imminently for this position and a quick start is required.

Own transport required.
