Job Description

We are currently seeking a Customer Service / Invoicing administrator to join our client for a temporary basis, the position will initially last for around 1month but it is highly likely that this will extend. Our client offers onsite parking and are also accessible via public transport and bike if you live in around Cambridge.

The positions have been created to assist in a back log of work that has built up, it is therefore imperative that you are comfortable with working through a large volume of similar work. The key elements of the position will involve;

• Liaising with Customers

• Requesting Purchase order numbers

• Inputting of order information

• Partnering with the external team to ensure customers’ needs are met

To be successful in this position you will need to have excellent attention to detail, willingness to learn, be well organised and have an excellent telephone manner.
