My client has been transforming lives for 95 years and is today one of the UK's largest charities of it's kind. An ever evolving organisation they are in the process of implementing a new Learning Management System to support the delivery of its Talent Development Strategy and are looking for an Learning & Development Coordinator to work them over the next 6months to help them prepare for a new phase of the implementation.

As with most contract opportunities this is a real hands on busy role and will require someone with previous e-learning experience to leap into a number of key objectives including; Work alongside both HR and line managers to ensure that the correct learning modules are assigned to new starters and that inductions are scheduled during their onboarding; Provide general administration for out-of-system learning events; Creation and Maintenance of role specific training modules; Develop and maintain issues log, track trends, identify root cause and drive resolution of issues; Collate talent development and compliance metrics including learning needs and evaluation reports; Maintain core processes to ensure good housekeeping; and much more!!
