We’re currently recruiting for a Payroll Officer role in Kettering, to join an organisation that takes their social responsibilities seriously and carries the business’ ethics and values at the forefront of their organisation.

This opportunity based in Kettering will allow you to contribute to the long-term development of the payroll function, meaning you’ll be able to make a real impact within the Finance team.

The salary for this role ranges between £24,000 and £26,500, depending on experience.

Our client is looking for somebody who will embody the company culture and values and show a real enthusiasm towards payroll and being part of a team effort.

Day to day tasks will include:

• Administer payments for Statutory Sick Pay, Statutory Paternity and Maternity Pay

• Support the HR and Finance teams

• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

• Ensure employees are set up on payroll correctly

• Create adhoc reports when required

• Ensure payroll is processed to the right deadlines to allow employees to be paid on time
