Job Description

A major project is about to be introduced at one of the amazing charities within Cambridge and we need YOU to manage and facilitate the data collection to make this exciting business transition, a reality!

This isn’t your typical HR opportunity. You will be having interesting and insightful conversations with employees on a global level. You will be collecting important data to manage and input effectively into an internal database. You will be challenged, and it will involve a lot of careful time management and proactivity in achieving results. You will also come out of this project with extremely valuable experience and an amazing project to show off in your portfolio.

Does this excite you? Then read on!

You will be joining this project at the very start of its journey – this will be your responsibility – this will be your hard work that will affect the organisation in a massive way for years to come. It doesn’t get much more exciting that that!

You will be needed for roughly 4-6 weeks and you will need to prove competence in your system data entry, your ability to appropriately manage and input data and your confidence in having in-depth and occasionally tough conversations with all levels of employees, from juniors to senior managers. As I am sure you can appreciate, confidentially is massively important for this project and although you will have the immediate HR team to support you, this will be your responsibility and you will be expected to be self-sufficient in achieving your project targets.

If you are immediately available and are happy to use public transport for your central Cambridge commute then get in contact.
