An incredible opportunity for a Regional Sales Manager within a global and revolutionary company has arisen. Your focussed area will be the Nordic region and you would be required to travel regularly. Due to this, a Nordic language skill would be highly beneficial.
Your base will be within the St Neots office, however due to the extent of travel, you will have the option to work remotely.
It is essential that you have either semiconductor or electronic background as you will need to have a thorough understanding of these types of products and services. It is also vital that you have experience managing a large territory and if possible, international sales. You will need a proven background of successfully selling high tech products and also developing relationships with key decision makers and influencers.
The ideal candidate will have around 10 years of sales and management experience, have exceptional communication and negotiating skills, be confident in developing sales strategies and be able to multi-task whilst working independently. It is crucial that you take time to understand customers’ needs and are able to manage high priority customer accounts.
You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle from lead generation, qualifying business opportunities, creating and delivering sales presentations, creating sales proposals and negotiating and closing deals. If you do not have a proven history of managing the sales cycle, you will not be considered for this position.
