The One Group are delighted and honoured to be working with such an ambitious and innovative brand, based in Northampton who have a role available for a Customer Service Team Leader to work underneath the Customer Service Manager
The day to day duties for this role will involve, regular 121s, training and coaching for the team, assisting the management team with processes, reports and updating rota information, being the go to person for escalations and difficult customer queries, reviewing of customer interaction and service, developing team performance and the all around development of the customer experience journey.
The ideal person for this role will need recent proven team leader/management experience or working a senior level, MS office proficient, excellent written and spoken communication skills, have a proven track record in delivering customer service strategies and SLAS. This role is all about leading from the front, and coaching staff. This team really believes in team work and this must be seen within the next team leader joining.
The hours for this role will be - 9am - 530PM Monday - Friday. - Free Parking provided.
