The One Group are currently searching for an Out Of Hours Service Desk Analyst to work in a busy enviroment based in Peterborough.
* Passionate about excellent customer service
* High level of personal communication skills
* Able to provide first line resolution over a wide range of issues
* Self motivated, enthusiastic, positive, diligent, honest, dedicated
* Enjoys analysing problems and providing resolutions
* Flexibility and willing to go the extra mile
* Experience of working in an end user environment
* Ideally at least 1 years experience of working in a 1st line support role
* Experience using support call logging systems
* Knowledge of the ITIL Framework.
