Job Description

Our client is a thriving business in Huntingdon and they're going through a very positive period of growth.

To continue to aid this growth they are currently looking to add to their busy Payroll team.

Your role will be busy and varied and duties will include;

Taking responsibility for your own payrolls and processing from start to finish

Inputting data and ensuring information is correct

Processing P45s, new starter information, P60s, P11ds other statutory forms

Liaising with HR as appropriate

Manual calculations

Completing monthly returns

Handling internal and external enquiries and resolving as appropriate

Ad hoc duties

The successful candidate will ideally have some experience of payroll but candidates who are genuinely interested in getting in to the discipline will also be considered as a structured and focused training programme is in place.

A keen eye for detail, the ability to meet deadlines and a numerate approach are essential to the success of this role.

Strong IT and outstanding interpersonal skills are also very important.
