The main duties of this role will involve; facilities check-lists ensure everything is well stocked and ensure anything needed in the office can be easily accessed and kept at a high standard.
Organisation of the weekly company deliveries of office and food supplies.
Arranging new suppliers and identifying the best suppliers and coordinating cleaners and resources.
Taking charge of the front of house reception, and being the first person to greet and assist any visitors
Supporting with general HR administration
Assisting with new employee on-boarding
and many more!

Experience in a similar role is essential
You must be proficient in google sheets and gmail
