Job Description

Our client, a reputable business within the Financial Services Industry is currently recruiting a Client Relationship Manager to support the provision of independent financial planning advice to the business's client portfolio, ,whilst maintaining ongoing relationships with the clients of the firm.

Key responsibilities include:

• Be the regular point of contact for client to deal with day-to-day enquiries from clients

• Ensure that all compliance documentation if present and correct

• Liaise with financial planner in connection with a strategy to meet client objectives

• Undertaking relevant research to identify suitable solutions to meet a client's specific objectives

• Attend client meetings as required and take notes which will be written up and sent to clients for approval

• Draft documentation as necessary

• Work with financial planners to manage diaries and client review meeting dates

About you

• Good work ethic

• Experience within Financial Services

• Highly organised

• Pro-active approach to work

• Being able to prioritise workload

• Problem-solving skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ideally you will have experience within the Financial Services industry and have an appropriate Level 4 Financial Services qualification.
