IT Service Desk Analyst - (Mac & Windows) - 6 Month FTC

Our Peterborough based client is looking to recruit a IT Service Desk Support Analyst to join their team. This role is working for a dynamic business, who are market leaders in their industry.

The ideal candidate will be a natural communicator with a can-do attitude and proven technical knowledge.

Responsibilities for the role: help and support across a full range of technologies allowing effective use of services via telephone or email.

Required experience:

- Windows/Microsoft Packages support knowledge

- MAC (desirable, however this can be taught)

- Previous service desk experience

- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent

- Experience / knowledge of ITIL

- Strong customer focus

Must haves:

- Skilled and confident communicator

- Strong customer focus

- Troubleshooting experience in desktop products (hardware, software and commercial applications)
