Job Description

Are you a motivated, driven sales individual who does a little hop, skip and jump when you bring a new client on-board? If so, you know a sale isn’t just getting an account on-board, it’s so much more than that. It’s helping your client to make money from the product you are representing, assisting them in their ability to sell the product and then ensuring that a long-term profitable relationship is developed.

We are currently working with a leading and well-known global money transfer company who are looking for a Business Development Associate to join their proactive sales team on a 12-month temporary basis. With a potential bonus of up to £10,000, full training, laptop and phone provided, this role could be a fantastic step for a candidate with a sales background or who wants to take that first leap into the sales world.

In this role, you will be given a specific geographical region to cover where you will be responsible for self-generation of leads form independent retailers in that area.

Initially due to the effects of COVID-19 you will be working from home - however during normal circumstances, 90% of your time will be travelling your region between the hours of 9:00am-5:30pm, so it’s imperative you have access to your own transport as you’ll be spending most of your days out and about meeting new potential partners. This role is looking to attract salary of £25,000 with up to £300 expenses for travel.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual who has an enthusiastic attitude and a willingness to learn. Along with this, you will need to be self-motivated, confident to sell whether that be face to face, virtually or on the phone and have a sense of drive to achieve results.

Key Skills:

• Excellent Administration skills

• Basic Microsoft & technological knowledge

• Salesforce experience is advantageous

• Sales background or similar experience is preferred
