Do you have what it takes to be the next Technical Customer Success Associate for one of the most exciting start-ups in the UK.
You will need to be passionate about customer service have a great eye for attention to detail and be technically astute. Also you may be required to travel once or twice a year with DUBAI being the location of choice and the HQ for my client.
The role will be based out of the London office and will require working in the office for 2-3 days a week.
Being a creative thinker and using your initiative to help bring clients ideas to reality is at the forefront of this role. Cultivating and exploring client’s ideas will be key to your success. You will need to be comfortable with using SKYPE- Microsoft Teams and hosting virtual meetings.
