We are looking for a Training Support Co-ordinator to join our successful client on a temporary-permanent basis.
The successful candidate will be supporting the current team in relation to all matters associated with workforce competence and legal compliance whilst providing invaluable wider back office support to the business.
This role is critical to the effectiveness of the wider team and would suit an individual who has a proven record of accomplishment in delivering administrative duties within a business support function.
General daily duties will include maintaining data integrity whilst growing relationships with stakeholders, including internal/external trainers/assessors. Along with this, you will be scheduling and organising both internal coaching and mentoring & assessment sessions, as well as liaising with suppliers for expiring personnel records, leavers and starters etc.
Other key responsibilities may include:
• Maintaining departmental processes and raising any improvements or enhancements
• Co-ordinating the on-boarding/induction programme
• Management of audit and inspection data
• Raising purchase orders
• Administration of endorsements and revocations
• Creation and maintenance of basic reports
