Internal Recruiters, who wouldn't like a challenging, secure role with career progression?
I am partnering with a local business who have remained consistently busy over the last 6-9 months and are in a period of significant growth.
Based near Peterborough, this role will see the right candidate join an already successful Recruitment Team. You will have experience recruiting a high volume of roles at all levels and partnering with business leaders and hiring managers to assess talent requirements.
You will be advising on the best hiring strategy, sourcing, screening and selecting candidates effectively by assessing both technical and business skills and much, much, more!
This is not a role for the faint hearted, you will need to be prepared to get involved in all areas of the business and build relationships internally to be able to support with the needs of various departments.
