Job Description

Our client is a respected Top 40 firm with offices around the UK.

They now have an exciting opportunity for a qualified individual to join their small, but friendly team in spacious offices with parking based near Newark.

This role will take on responsibility for managing small teams and working closely with the Partners and clients.

The successful candidate will ideally be post-qualified, have experience of staff management and will have proven experience of accounts preparation and preferably some exposure to audit.

Whilst this will be a management role, the position will lead from the front and you will still be hands on with the need to review accounts and resolve queries with clients and adding value from a commercial perspective.

As well as ensuring that the team are developed and mentored, this role offers excellent prospects for the right person with scope to grow and develop your career with a firm that has a progressive and dynamic approach to its staff well-being and growth.

Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivation and ambition are essential attributes to the success of this role as is proven experience working in practice.
