Someone who’s sold training is the ideal fit for this role as the organisation is keen to have someone in the position who truly understands the importance of training for success.
We’re looking for someone whose talent is talking, loves leads and can’t stop converting when it comes to new opportunities. To offer some insight into what you’ll be getting up to, you’ll be:
1. Identifying opportunities to increase the value of existing accounts
2. Establishing rapport and building relationships with potential future customers
3. Great at proposing appropriate solutions to customer issues
4. Negotiating contracts to work in the best interests for both ourselves and our customers
5. Actively approaching new customers as part of your business development efforts
6. Using your strong account management skills to retain existing customers
