Where would we be without them?
You’re right – absolutely nowhere. For any business to thrive or survive, they need to have an excellent knowledge of their customer’s wants and needs. There’s no point manufacturing 100,000 products if your customer has recently decided to completely change their requirements!
So where do you come in?
In this newly-formed role, you will become the essential point of contact between my client and some of their customer’s. The best account manager’s out there have an ability to truly immerse themselves with their customers – you’ll want to become the first person your customer thinks of when they need assistance, want to talk through a new product idea, or even just to compare weekend plans!
The client involved are a food manufacturing business with a global reach and a fantastic selection of products. They’re also on a huge path of growth – turnover has tripled in the last ten years! – and they have had one of their busiest years on record. You could be joining a close-knit and friendly team who all work together to make it happen.
What will you need?
• Experience within the commercial function of a food manufacturing business
• Exposure to working with branded/retail own label food products
• Lots of charisma and the ability to form relationships with your customers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
