Finance Manager

Cambridge, Cambridgeshire

I am thrilled to announce that The ONE Group have been given the pleasure of being asked to support an inspiring company in sourcing an International Finance Manager. Based in the heart of Cambridge this company help to empower and transform the lives of individuals across the world.

As a key member of the UK finance team this role is to play a pivotal part on a global scale working across Africa, the USA, Canada and Australia and will be responsible for financial planning, management accounting, analysis and reporting.

Some specific areas of work include; Review of monthly Financial Statements, management packs, quarterly financial reporting packs which include income and expenditure trackers and cashflow trackers; Analysis of finance data, produce metrics/stats using trend analysis to identify actionable patterns; Oversee consolidated balance sheet reconciliations for group accounts; Work collaboratively with overseas offices to develop annual financial plans; Lead the re-budgeting of donor contracts when requires; Review national funding portfolios; Review analysis of results through KPI reporting; Provide support and guidance to colleagues overseas whilst working with the UK team to manage teams priorities and deliverables.

We are really looking for a Finance Manager who has experience in the above and who also enjoys being part of a busy team, is able to juggle a heavy workload, is analytical, highly organised and has a meticulous eye for detail. Previous people management experience is desirable.
