The ONE Group are partnering exclusively with a well-established, rapidly evolving operational business to recruit a Senior HR Business Partner.<\/p>\n
This is a key, site-based role working closely with a senior leadership team, where you will play a central part in shaping both the people strategy and operational delivery.<\/p>\n
This position will suit someone who enjoys being embedded within the business influencing at a senior level while remaining hands-on, particularly across Employee Relations and workforce challenges.<\/p>\n
The Role<\/strong><\/p>\n Acting as a true business partner to senior stakeholders, you will:<\/p>\n Align people strategy with operational and commercial objectives, ensuring HR is embedded within day-to-day business decision making<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Provide clear, pragmatic HR guidance across organisational design, workforce planning, and business change initiatives<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Lead on complex Employee Relations matters end-to-end, including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management and performance issues<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Act as an escalation point for high-risk or sensitive ER cases, balancing commercial outcomes with legal compliance<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Coach, challenge and upskill managers to improve capability and confidence in handling people matters<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Drive a high-performance culture through effective performance management frameworks and leadership support<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Partner with leadership to identify capability gaps, building targeted development and succession plans<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Support workforce planning activity, including headcount modelling, peak planning and resource optimisation<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Lead and deliver organisational change initiatives, including restructures, transformations and changes to operating models<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Assess organisational readiness for change, identifying risks, resistance and capability gaps, and implementing mitigation plans<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Develop and deliver clear communication plans to support engagement and adoption of change across the workforce<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Use HR data and insight (e.g. attrition, absence, engagement, productivity) to identify trends and influence decision making<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Drive initiatives to improve retention, engagement and overall workforce effectiveness<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Partner closely with internal stakeholders to ensure HR delivery is aligned, realistic and commercially focused<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Ensure all HR activity is compliant with UK employment legislation and internal policies<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Build strong, credible relationships across the site, acting as a visible and trusted HR presence within the operation<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n About You<\/strong><\/p>\n We are looking for a commercially minded HR professional who is confident operating in a fast-paced, operational environment.<\/p>\n You will bring:<\/strong><\/p>\n Experience at Senior HRBP \/ HRBP \/ HR Manager level within logistics, supply chain or a similar operational setting<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Strong Employee Relations expertise, with the confidence to manage complex casework end-to-end<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Experience working within high-volume, multi-site environments<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Ability to influence and partner effectively with senior operational stakeholders<\/p>\n<\/li>\n A pragmatic, commercially focused approach to HR<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation<\/p>\n<\/li>\n CIPD Level 5+ (or equivalent experience)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Why Apply?<\/strong><\/p>\n Opportunity to join a business in a strong growth and transformation phase<\/p>\n<\/li>\n High visibility role with direct impact on operational performance<\/p>\n<\/li>\n A genuine blend of strategic influence and hands-on delivery<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Autonomy to shape the HR approach within your business area<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n If this role sounds right please click apply or please contact Sundeep at The One Group<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"Northampton","_application":"skaur@theonegroup.co.uk","_company_name":"The One Group","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"\u00a355,000 - \u00a360,000","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[23],"job-types":[18],"job-location":[200],"class_list":["post-347","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","hentry","job-location-northampton","job-type-perm"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"\n\n
