It isn\u2019t a full Business Partner role, but it will give you plenty of exposure to partnering work and the opportunity to build your experience with the support of an established senior People team.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 12px;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat;font-size: 10pt\">You\u2019ll work closely with managers across the business, offering practical advice on a range of people matters. Much of the employee relations work is centred around wellbeing and performance, so you\u2019ll need to be comfortable having honest conversations and helping managers deal with issues properly.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 12px;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat;font-size: 10pt\">Your responsibilities will include:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;padding-left: 24px;margin: 4px 0px\">\n<li style=\"margin: 0px\">\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 12px;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat;font-size: 10pt\">Supporting and coaching managers with day-to-day people matters.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 0px\">\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 12px;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat;font-size: 10pt\">Managing employee relations cases, particularly those involving wellbeing and performance.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 0px\">\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 12px;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat;font-size: 10pt\">Supporting the Senior People Partners with wider projects and initiatives.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 0px\">\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 12px;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat;font-size: 10pt\">Spotting where processes or ways of working could be improved.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 0px\">\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 12px;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat;font-size: 10pt\">Working with Learning and Development when additional manager training is needed.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 0px\">\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 12px;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat;font-size: 10pt\">Helping managers make sensible, fair and commercially sound decisions.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 12px;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat;font-size: 10pt\">This business isn\u2019t looking for someone who simply quotes policy. They want somebody who asks questions, thinks about the wider situation and is prepared to recommend a way forward.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 12px;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat;font-size: 10pt\">You\u2019ll need solid generalist HR experience, good employee relations knowledge and the confidence to work with managers at different levels. Just as importantly, you\u2019ll be naturally curious, adaptable and able to keep up with a business that moves at pace.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 12px;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat;font-size: 10pt\">Experience within technology or another fast-moving commercial environment would be helpful, although it isn\u2019t essential. What matters most is your ability to understand the business, think on your feet and find practical solutions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 12px;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat;font-size: 10pt\">There is a genuine opportunity to progress into a People Partner role as your experience develops.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 12px;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat;font-size: 10pt\">The role is hybrid, with three days in the office and two from home.
